Glyco Meds Inc (the manufacture) will warranty the manufactured GMI Air Systems - Portable and In-Duct Air Disinfecting, Sanitizing & Cleansing Hydroxyl UV-C Systems against any and all manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship which affect reasonable operation of the GMI Air unit (excluding bulbs) for the period of 2 years from the original purchase date.

Risk Free Money Back Returns and Warranty Claims may be made by contacting Customer Service, either in writing or by phone/text to gain a Return Authorization number in order to return the purchase to Glyco Meds Inc., 2197 Douglas Ave., North Battleford, SK. S9A 3P2 (1-306-446-3499). Note: Return freight must be prepaid by the purchaser with No COD returns accepted. 

Glyco Meds Inc. will repair or replace only those parts determined to be defective by inspection by a qualified company representative. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts or protective finishes including UV-C bulbs. 

The following are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty and will cause said warranty to become null and void: 

• Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse;
• Any unauthorized repair or any alteration performed on the GMI Air Units by an individual, organization, company or entity other than Glyco Meds Inc; 
• The GMI Air units are not to be "hard-wired" to any furnace as these are designed to operate using a standard 110 Volt AC receptacle outlet.
• Unreasonable or excessive use of the GMI Air Unit.  

Glyco Meds Inc. assumes no liability for any accidental or consequential damages.
